great staff but noisy nights

The staff provided exceptional service. James and Shirley went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. The breakfast hostess added a personal touch that made our mornings more enjoyable. Our Executive King Suite was spacious with a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for our family.

Unfortunately, the noise from nearby rooms disturbed our sleep.

We stayed for 2 nights in an Executive King Suite and had a good experience overall. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the USB ports, but the carpet was damp, which was a bit off-putting.

The kids loved the indoor pool, which was a hit for our large family! Breakfast options were ample and tasty, perfect for fueling us before our adventures. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs, making our stay enjoyable.

My kids wished there was a playground or more outdoor activities for families like ours. While the hotel was comfortable, it could use some extra amenities for children.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Columbus East was a delightful stay! The room was immaculate and had a modern, sleek aesthetic. We especially loved the comfortable bed and the spacious writing desk which made it easy for us to plan our day. The free WiFi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected effortlessly.

I enjoyed my stay with a comfortable king size bed and excellent shower pressure, making my mornings refreshing. The friendly staff made check-in quick and hassle-free, and the location was convenient with plenty of dining options nearby. However, the hallway carpet could use an upgrade as it was old and had some rolled areas that made walking difficult.

The breakfast was great with a fantastic variety and the breakfast hostess really made us feel welcome and special on our first morning and the staff members James and Shirley were really good always checking in on us and accommodating all our requests with a smile

Also, the tub took a swim, and I didn’t sign up for that!

I loved my stay in the Executive King Suite Sofa Bed! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the spacious layout made it perfect for my family. Plus, the breakfast was a delight with options like turkey sausage and make-your-own waffles that kept everyone happy!

The breakfast offered a solid variety, far better than most select-service options I’ve encountered. Located conveniently near numerous shopping and dining outlets, it made planning meals easy without much travel.

The hotel had a noticeable damp odor in some areas, which lingered in the room as well. My king suite's air conditioning struggled to keep things cool, leaving me feeling damp when I woke up. The sofa bed was particularly uncomfortable, and it's clear that the mattress and bedding throughout the room could use an upgrade given their age. There were also issues with the shower leaking, which created a bit of a mess during my stay.
